Digital NPI Archives
The NPI Archives collect the work of the founders and consultants of the former Nederlands Pedagogisch Instituut (NPI — Institute for Organisational Development): models, theories and essays that often form the roots of today’s thinking in organisational development.
After the NPI ceased its activities, the Cloverleaf Foundation kept the archives accessible. Cloverleaf has now gifted the digital archives to Stichting ASD Trustee, and they remain freely available to everyone, with no restrictions on use, in the spirit of the founders’ collective thinking.
On behalf of the ASD community, we warmly thank the board of the Cloverleaf Foundation for entrusting us with this collection, which we will preserve and cherish.
We hope readers grow curious about what they find and enjoy the wealth of knowledge the archives hold.
